(Truck Utilization, IFO, FTC 6000Mirr Cost saving by starting Cross Warehousing), RSP, Lost of Sales KPI.2- Controlling all Reports which are receiving from WHs Mangers.3- Cost Controlling throughout all logistics team (based on Budget limitation).4- Managing logistics team Included 2 Managers and supervisors and their manpowerTeam among of Iran (46 Persons)5- Establishing new DCs (Warehouse and Cold room and related equipment) in anotherCity based on company Schedule. (A to Z)6- Implementation of wise(HSE) requirement in the company based on wise meetingMOM. (monthly meeting) -- Attaining more than Stretch Wise Target in 2014 ,20157- Providing Budget Estimation and updating them based on inflation and actual price Estimation for the future.8- Participation in Monthly Logistics &Sales, food safety meeting.9- Controlling all DCs physical counting and inventory controlling to prevent of discrepancies.10- Meeting with transport co and negotiation out line of prices and making contract.11- Staff over time Utilization by providing Film for better monitoring the over time12- Controlling all team in province by visiting, controlling tools like KPI and reports.13- Supporting Import division with carrying all shipment from Supplier warehouse plantin all over the world with purposes of prevention of being out of OOS.14-creating proud for team to keep the record of days with accident as well.15- Providing SOPs and following of implementation.16- Acting as a member of DPS committee to improve the level of satisfaction.17 –controlling the monitoring the Cold chain requirement in transport and DCs.18-designing Dashboard for the involved team member to keep the transport Cost under control based on defined target
