Responsibilities• Consulting clients in regards to design, product, function and form.• Selecting suitable material and finishes to gain customer satisfaction.• Recommending designs and materials in accordance with customer needs and desires.• Offering reliable solutions for achieving the best results for Persian/Islamic garden and architecture.• Preparing 3D rendering to obtain client satisfaction, proposals and quotations.• Managing and supervising other members of the modelling and Drafting team, and labours.• Coordinating with engineers and supervisors to ensure work is going on as per the drafted plan.• Visiting clients home for design consultation and maintenance the existing design.

- Consulting with the clients to choose a suitable material and finishes based on customer needs- Providing 3D rendering to assure the customer- Renovating interiors of buildings to create attractive and comfortable atmosphere-Visited site to evaluate the condition of the buildings.-Provided design, sketching, and creating drafts to develop construction projects.-Prepared building designs using AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, 3dsMax, Vray-Researched and implemented designs solutions on customers’ specifications-Documented and implemented conceptual designs.
