I wasa part of Group Directors in Tehran office organization’s Strategic planning & management.

Leading and supporting Technical and Engineering teams consisting of 27 peopleorganized in 5 engineering departments in Bel-Rouzaneh factory in Qazvin; Utilitydepartment, Service & Maintenance Planning/Tech-warehouse department, Service &Maintenance department, Technical Project department, Plant Automation team.Controlling “Factory & Project CAPEX & Technical OPEX”, supporting project team onestablishing new Bel dairy plant in Iran including old equipment and also brand new Tetra Pakmodules and Utilities. At this period, upon a critical product safety issue in Portugal market, I wasappointed for supporting Bel Azores plant in Portugal with troubleshooting and HACCP plan fortheir newly established Tetra Pak Aseptic UHT Dairy production Line.

Setting up, Training & Leading Technical and Engineeringteam consisting of 50 people organized in 5 departments in Alifard (Biggest BeverageProducer in Iran) plant in Saveh, Iran. Controlling “Factory & Project CAPEX & TechnicalOPEX”, training factory people on running Aseptic beverage equipment efficiently,troubleshooting several issues in production lines, starting TPM concept,collaboration in FSSC22000 awarding, as well as developing appropriate HSE practicesand implementing firefighting and alarming system were my accomplishment. Working onfactory performance, upgrades, energy and water saving.
