The Commercial Services team consists of 4 highly dedicated employees in Elkjøp Norway. The team has the responsibility for all services, both internal and external in Elkjøp Norway consisting of the chains, Elkjøp own stores, Franchise and Elkjøp PhoneHouse.Services are among the most important focus areas for Elkjøp Norway, and therefore developing new service concepts to meet the customers' demand is naturally of great importance.The core responsibility of CS team beside budget, is implementation, deployment, follow-up and evaluation of the services for the company.

Account planning, development and implementation of Norton ́s retail strategy and activities. Set and review quarterly and annually country plan for Norwegian retail market.Responsible for retail sale, retail target settings, sell out and sell through targets. Overseeing stock levels for all distribution partners. Plan and execute marketing activities. Approve marketing budgets for each partner in accordance with Nordic marketing strategy and for each specific partners need. Close cooperation with other Nordic managers to achieve mutual company goals in the Nordic retail market. Proofreader and approver for all market assets, pos and contents.
