Tehran Surface Water and Stormwater - $100MThe project included two significant subprojects, namely a trunk tunnel and lateral drains and appurtenances, and a main interceptor and outfall system consisting of a tunnel, an open channel, a retention reservoir, and a pipe outfall to the Kan River.During my career as a senior civil engineer in this project, I supervised:• 190m GRP 2500mm pipe jacking. • the 4km tunnel at a depth of 20m in unstable soil.• manufacturing and installing the tunnel’s guard structure and shotcrete wire mesh.• installing 4km GRP pipe 2500mm in the tunnel.• Building 42 Manhole Shafts.• A wide range of water structures included 3.2km Concrete channel, three plunge pool, retaining wall, drop, riprap, gabion, transition channel.• I monitored sections, corridors, invert codes, water levels, cut&fill calculation and volume table, levelling, base and subbase layers plans, and profile details on a daily basis by using different software Civil 3D, Excel and Arc GIS to provide technical, financial and physical reports.• I monitored and controlled installation work progress sequenced as per the scheduled program to achieve project milestones reporting to the Project manager on time.• I decreased the cost of the project by accurate planning for jobs and the delivery of materials.Achievements: • Created high-quality drawings which are used as a template for the other projects.• Drafted RFT documentation; Reviewed and comment on design changes, Responded to design RFIs.• Provided financial plans of the water and wastewater businesses, including budget preparation.• Concept design of Stormwater System at Kan River including rainfall-runoff analysis, hydraulicassessment, design of stormwater infrastructure and pipework.• Based on my exact inspecting of conditions of the unstable soil of the tunnel, optimum guard structures were selected, resulted in a considerable saving in time and materials.

Tehran Sewer Project - $500MI worked as a senior civil engineer on one of the most extensive environmental conservation plans in the middle east, known as the Tehran Sewerage Project. It consisted of 9,000 km of the mains and auxiliary pipeline network, 192 km of tunnels, 900,000 wastewater branching and 22 wastewater treatment centres (with 900 million cm3 treatment capacity per year).I was directly responsible for supervising projects at 10 Regions of Tehran Municipality regions there were 29 companies under my supervision during my career:• I mentored and supported 15 site engineers that each one was responsible for two projects in my districts.• I devised a tracking spreadsheet for 29 companies in my office to be updated by every site engineer every day, which allowed me to plan the project schedule and predict any project delays. Based on the information, I used MS Project for structure and resourced planning to accelerate any project variations ensuring KPIs were met.• I supervised installation wastewater branching, pits, mains and sewer pump stations.• I Inspected the statements and reports.• I participated in technical meetings with the project 's stakeholders.• I provided As-built plans with statements. I used GPS for defining the exact points of installed wastewater branching and used these points in drafts and plans with AutoCAD and Land Development software. I imported that data into ArcGIS to prepare a database of 50,000 wastewater branching that was installed under our supervision. PPCE now use my formatted database on similar projects.• I monitored the camera inspection of the wastewater pipeline network.Achievements:• Created the database of installed wastewater branching in Tehran by using software Excel, AutoCAD, GIS.• Provided standard format of reports and enquiry bills for these projects, and transferable to other projects.• Provided AutoCAD drafting support for the projects.
