It consisted of 9,000 km of the mains and auxiliary pipeline network, 192 km of tunnels, 900,000 wastewater branching and 22 wastewater treatment centres (with 900 million cm3 treatment capacity per year).I was directly responsible for supervising projects at 10 Regions of Tehran Municipality regions there were 29 companies under my supervision during my career:• I mentored and supported 15 site engineers that each one was responsible for two projects in my districts.• I devised a tracking spreadsheet for 29 companies in my office to be updated by every site engineer every day, which allowed me to plan the project schedule and predict any project delays. Based on the information, I used MS Project for structure and resourced planning to accelerate any project variations ensuring KPIs were met.• I supervised installation wastewater branching, pits, mains and sewer pump stations.• I Inspected the statements and reports.• I participated in technical meetings with the project 's stakeholders.• I provided As-built plans with statements. I used GPS for defining the exact points of installed wastewater branching and used these points in drafts and plans with AutoCAD and Land Development software. I imported that data into ArcGIS to prepare a database of 50,000 wastewater branching that was installed under our supervision. PPCE now use my formatted database on similar projects.• I monitored the camera inspection of the wastewater pipeline network.Achievements:• Created the database of installed wastewater branching in Tehran by using software Excel, AutoCAD, GIS.• Provided standard format of reports and enquiry bills for these projects, and transferable to other projects.• Provided AutoCAD drafting support for the projects.
