 Involve in transmission technology migration from TDM to packet for MTNI network and mobile modernization projects to deliver 2G/3G/LTE/4G service in 13 provinces. More than 1000 leased line delivery in different types for network development and BW expansion, in core and access layer network include cutover in 20 provinces for MTNI. Association in Nokia Siemens (NSN) to Huawei MW swap project in Mazandaran province for MTNI. This is my honor to implement and deliver the first layer 3 leased line for secondary cities using HW-RTN routing and switch feature in MTNI network in cloud network of third party.  Mastery of establishing technical communication with the planning department of telecommunication centers to review plans and feasibility to establish new routes or expand existing routes through passive facilities or active services as third party lease line provider for MTNI network in 20 provinces. Technical support and manage onsite team, remote software configuration of TX devices.  Proven ability in optical and mw transmission system operation, configuration & upgrading

 Setting up NMS of 2000 MW link for 13 provinces(R2&R4) including NEC Pasolink +Huawei RTN radio types in central server and make remote monitoring access to nodes for the first time in MTNI. not limited to leading, technical solutions, LOM perpetration and subcontractor arrangement, purchase order issuance to SC and primary acceptance procedure for QA part. Involved in Huawei BSS project (rollout, BTS, MW expansion) in 13 provinces to support all TX engineering service such as new E1, STM-1 set up for any required case. Capacity integration in network hub sites from E1 to STM-1 in 13 provinces and different conditions.  Proven ability to work with SDH service, VC4, VC3, VC12 and Ethernet over SDH and Ethernet over PDH service conversion and implementation.
