Worked within two distinct departments: the Project and Service Department (PNS) and the Sales, Design, and Project Department (SDP). Within the SDP Department, responsibilities encompassed a wide range of tasks in support of the engineering team. These tasks included assisting engineers with documentation, design projects, site management, and various other operational activities critical to project execution.In addition, collaborated with the PNS Department on weekends, mostly involved in maintenance activities at Panasonic Appliances Air Conditioning Sdn Bhd. Throughout the course of my internship, diverse array of tasks are successfully executed, some of which are highlighted below:1. Designing Work Platform, Chute Door, and Fan Table for Waste Management System: Participated in the design and development of essential components for an efficient waste management system, which included creating detailed plans and specifications.2. Detail Drawing and 3D Modeling: Responsible for creating detailed drawings and 3D models for various equipment, such as Chlorination Tanks, Packaging Stations, and Manual Hoppers, contributing to the precision and accuracy of project planning and execution.3. Site Visits: Participated in site visits to Showa Denko and Panasonic Appliances Air-Conditioning Malaysia Sdn. Bhd, which provided practical exposure to real-world project environments and enhanced my understanding of project dynamics.4. Logistics and Equipment Handling: Involved handling item deliveries to project sites, ensuring timely and efficient logistics operations, and contributing to the smooth flow of project activities.5. Oven Servicing: Participated in the servicing and maintenance of industrial ovens, acquiring valuable hands-on experience in equipment maintenance procedures.6. Production Line Transfer: Assisted in the transfer of production lines, supporting the reconfiguration and optimization of manufacturing processes.
