- Developed algorithms and software for Camera-LiDAR alignment (during vehicle mission) and extrinsic calibration (at the service hub) using deep learning (Python, tensorflow, Keras)- Developed algorithms/software for simulation, validation and intrinsic calibration of LiDARs via ray tracing and pointcloud & diagnostics data analytics (Python, OpenCV, ROS).- Developed onboard ECU software and offboard algorithms (over-the-air and cloud) for fault detection and isolation of different vehicle systems (e.g. mechanical and electrical faults of electric power steering) using Bayesian estimation and various machine learning techniques (MATLAB, Simulink and Python);- Desiged and executed extensive algorithm test plans using software behavior testing methods and data collection via in-vehicle instrumentation (dSPACE) and over-the-air (OTA & XML code) connectivity; Experience with coordinating logistics at test tracks, working with drivers and technicians and analyzing large-scale test-data;- Led system engineering and tech insertion projects in the Vehicle Health Management domain that requires coordinating with multiple teams, managing change requests and requirement development; and, meeting several deadlines in the global vehicle development process.
