1. Focal point for various Shell MOCs( Management of changes) at Shell Scotford plant2. Responsible for estimating, scheduling, procurement and executing of various MOCs 3. Generating the CWPs and all related automation deliverables such as instrumentation data sheets, instrumentation loop drawings, instrumentation location drawings, electrical cable schedules, alarm list summaries, installation detail drawings, etc.4. 1. Reviewing the Instrumentation location drawings to select the location of new Junction boxes2. Reviewing the P&IDs to identify instruments that needed electrical wiring to bring the signal back to DCS & SIS3. Review the instrument data sheets to identify signal type, cable requirements and generating the electrical loop drawings for different instruments4. Implementing the selected wiring diagrams in intools5. Generating the electrical cable schedules 6. Performing the applicable calculations on different Fieldbus instruments, FF segments to check the voltage levels, power supplies and cable length requirements for various instruments 7. Review and mark up marshaling panels drawings and performing the FAT ( Factory acceptance tests)
