• Identifies issues related to software applications for the purpose of resolving client problems;• Responds to inquiries relating to computer hardware and/or software applications;• Provide technical assistance and advice on complex activities;• Maintain effective communication to resolve client issues and improve processes;• Monitor support response times and perform root cause analysis to identify deficiencies;• Create test plans and perform testing;• Provide and maintain technical documentation;• Provide direct e-query, chat, and telephone support to clients;• Acting as an escalation point for product queries that cannot be solved by the first level within a certain timeframe;• Proactively maintain a high level of knowledge about the specialist product area(s) Keep track of critical technical issues of customers’ and ensure timely closure of such issues with resolution or workaround;• Exchange information and share knowledge with the team to maximize knowledge;• Recognize and escalate reoccurring problems;• Provide timely progress reports to illustrate the progress being made against targets;• Designs product related training materials, user manuals, admin manuals, installation guide;• Making sales presentations to and answer technical queries from current and prospective clients;• Forecasting potential sales based on knowledge and observation of market and business;• Perform other duties as required;• Backup Server and Maintenance In house Produce• Visit Customers for Yearly Maintenance for in house Produce• Provide and maintain a Mail system• Provide and Migrated in House Produce (EDMS)• Config and Setup up VMware for Windows OS and Red Hat Linux Server• Testing Mobile Application and Windows Application IIS Web ( ASPNET) • Supporting partner product (Konica, Toshiba, and another partner)
