I currently hold a private practice providing individual therapy for adolescents and adults, as well as family therapy. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Systems Theory. I treat mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, safety assessments, emotional regulation and interpersonal skills, personality disorders, and other major mental health disorders. I provide intensive individual, group, and family therapy, and work closely with the families to better understand the family dynamics that may be impacting a client's level of functioning.I have experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and collaborate closely with other treatment facilities, agencies and schools to provide my clients with the most appropriate treatment and support. In addition, I speak publicly and consultant for schools and other organizations. I provide professional development for school personnel, as well as education for parents and students regarding mental health and anxiety. I work to help my clients understand what anxiety is, how it can affect us, and help them get control over their anxiety so they can live their lives with an overall greater sense of control, and help prevent clients from engaging in maladaptive behaviors.

I am currently positioned as a Child and Family Psychologist at an outpatient group practice. My work is focused on individual and family therapeutic services for children, adolescents, and young adults. I also provide family therapy and work with parents to help them understand family dynamics and build parenting skills to help improve communication and interaction with other members of the family. I conduct clinical assessments as well as ongoing evaluations, network with collateral agencies to increase level of support for clients, and work with schools to help facilitate treatment and supports in various settings. I have plans to contract with local schools to provide on-site clinical consultation for students, families and school personnel.
