At the Ministry of Health CIR service desk, the work involves assisting users with any application related issues for the Ministry of Health’s applications, like the Covid Information Register(CIR), Border Clinical Management Solution (BCMS), National Contact Tracing Solution (NCTS) and Rapid Antigen Testing System (RATS).The work also involves user access management (creations, deletions, password resets)to any of the above listed applications, ensuring that the tickets logged by users are followed up and completed on time.Since many of these applications also include the use of a mobile 2FA, many times the calls from users are to get assistance in setting this up.

This is a virtual contact centre, where the covid advisor need to be able to work from home using their own laptop or PC and a reliable internet connection. The teams operate Monday to Sunday between 8am and 8pm or 24/7.As part of an Integrated workforce, I have received training in their two Service Lines aligning to business needs – Covid Welfare and Covid Vaccinations services. Covid Welfare manage outbound calls to people who have or have been in contact with cases of Covid-19 and are required to self-isolate. Covid Vaccinations manage inbound and outbound calls supporting users in both registrations and bookings for vaccinations.

Passenger OperatorThe position is responsible for the following functions: Issue tickets and collect revenue in accordance with TDW procedures and the Rail Operating Code Supplement 3.2. Complete and submit all applicable reportsand documentation. Pay in all revenue collected each working day. Effectively handle concerns raised by customers in a manner that will satisfy or exceed customer expectations. Promote TDWservices by providing a high standard of customer service. Keep all customers fully informed Operate all bus replacements (trans shipments), emergency situations and disruptions to service in a professional and efficient manner under instruction of the Train Manager. Be safety conscious and proactive regarding safety issues.
