Academy, South Africa, for the 2021 program cycle of the Norec-funded "Pravah ACTIVATE! Digital Fellowship".Funded by Norwegian Agency for Exchange Cooperation (Norec)Designed the learning journeys of volunteers from Macquarie University in Australia (APAC) focused on the following -1) Empower youth to explore innovative ideas that tackle development challenges;2) Provide youth with the tools to build and engage in impactful projects; and3) Promote dialogue between youth and other key stakeholders globally.

Coordinate the development of workplans with the project team (covering research, communications, program safety and other activities, as relevant), establishing and monitoring project controls related to scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality.2. Supervision and capacity building of the partner's team members/direct reportees/volunteers remotely.3. Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders and maintain up to date information on project finances, delivery, risks and timeline4. Produce financial and narrative donor reports according to requirements5. Contribute to the preparation of proposals, including developing budgets and tailoring technical documentation

Pravah ICS is a three-months rural volunteering programme, funded by Department for International Development (DFID), the UK Government, led by Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO), in partnership with Pravah wherein volunteers from different parts of UK and India are placed in a rural community in India to carry out community-based developmental projects with local community-based organisations.• Line Managed the Program Supervisor is program design and implementation with 17 young people place in the villages of rural Rajasthan.• Facilitated and led residential workshops which were part of the programme, managing finances and partnerships.
