Researched the mobility rights in Canada, UK, Australia and the United States, within their respective and relative constitution, and the legislative measures taken by states to combat foreign fighters. Specifically analyzes whether such policies implemented to curb foreign fighters infringe on individuals mobility rights within each country, and whether such policies have discriminatory impacts on specific ethnic groups. • Analyzes policies within Canada, UK, Australia and the United States that have been implemented as a response to United Nations Security Council Resolution 2178 to curb foreign fighters. • Creates summaries and synthesized information from government reports, committee hearings, and parliamentary/senate deliberations on foreign fighter bills and legislations. • Performs data collection and analyzed legal cases where citizens with dual citizenship have found re-entry into their country difficult and cases in which citizens have had their passports cancelled.
