I am passionate about my work and I like to take initiative and seek out new challenges. My strengths include the ability to perform under pressure, be able to work as a team, meet deadlines and have strong communication skills.I possess great interest and aptitude to learn and explore new technologies which are emerging in today's industry. Currently working as a Senior Business Development Associate at ConnectFor which essentially a Volunteering platform and an NGO aggregator. Where my role is to outreach, propose, plan and execute end to end employee volunteering solutions to Corporate organization's across India. Along with this I have spear headed various projects with different stake holders at ConnectFor. Prior to this I have worked with RPG Foundation and was a part of their Pehlay Akshar programme.
