As the business head of Zaggle's Employee Benefits Program, I am responsible for• Building strategic business plan and manage the P&L for the Employee Benefits business• Leading the enterprise sales by maintain relationships with CHRO’s & CFO’s • Building systems and processes, setting structures to aid new sales, efficient service delivery and increased customer retention rate, there by growing the NPS• Aligning the team to targets and company goals, leading to growth in the number of contracts signed by 300% in a span of 6 months• Driving thought leadership and team management besides mentoring and coaching the leaders at the organization for the next level• Working along with the product team to plan the product road map by identifying suitable solutions needed for our partners while leveraging our internal capabilities• Working closely with the marketing team to drive brand visibility and boost lead generation• Stakeholder management across levels to drive and deliver on business priorities

My role had 3 focus areas:1. General Management – As a co‑founder director, my role demanded being actively involved in business processes, P&L tracking, HR processes and culture.2. Digital Marketing and PR – engage4more has grown digitally since inception and my role demanded to shape up this journey. Online advertising, digital PR, email marketing, lead generation campaigns and digital brand building of copyright IPs have been the key areas of focus.3. HR ‑ I also dawned a new hat of Human Relations Head. Putting together HR framework, alignment of hiring process, performance management, incentive structures, employee engagement and digitisation of HR processes have been the key areas of focus.

I was looking after city specific campaigns that would look at enhancing the listener base and also the time spent on the station. Responsibility also included to roll out pan India campaigns especially focusing on Bollywood campaigns as the tie-ups were done in my market. Likewise leading campaigns around TV channel tie-ups at national level wherever we were collaborating as radio partner for the show.Additional responsibilities included coordinating on important marketing collaterals for trade marketing. Some of the marquee projects that I worked during stint includes multiple advertising campaigns especially for morning and evening prime-time slots apart from leading the collaboration events like Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon and other prominent city events which helped brands to engage much deeper with the communities.

Was my campus placement, where initial 3 yrs was with Westside store operations and then moved on to the Marketing for the launch of Star Bazaar.As part of my Marketing stint with TRENT, worked on the launch campaign, visual merchandising, promotions and private lable packaging for the first Star Bazaar in Ahmedabad
