Comply with and implement the guidelines issued by the Mayor and the Secretary of Government and Public Integrity;০ Articulate and monitor the development of public policies and initiatives by the Executive and Federal Legislative Powers that impact the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro;০ Support the strategic performance of the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro in its relationship with the different spheres of government at the municipal, state and federal levels;০ Provide the Mayor and Municipal Secretaries with information and strategic intelligence management for the preparation, monitoring and implementation of intergovernmental public policies of interest to the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro;০ Manage information, promote studies, prepare proposals and recommendations on strategic issues and projects, interstate, metropolitan and intermunicipal;০ Identify, assess and articulate processes, activities, partnerships, agreements, technical cooperation and fundraising projects with federal entities and civil society organizations, also articulating with other competent bodies of the City Hall of Rio de Janeiro;০ Identify, with the bodies of the Direct Administration of the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro, the Actions, Programs, Plans and Projects of interest to the respective areas of activity, providing assistance and guidance in order to raise funds;০ Maintain relationships with the Legislative and Executive Powers of the Union to enable the Municipality to be included in the program, monitor the legislative agenda and identify opportunities for institutional cooperation.

Organização administrativa da subsecretaria da pessoa com deficiência e das respectivas gerências.

- Gestor de Projetos de Novas Tecnologias acessíveis,Organiza e recepciona os projetos trazidos pelos parceiros, gerencia o andamento e participa dos grupos de trabalho desenvolvidos para coordenar as atividades fins de cada projeto. Principal projeto foi o Smartcities4All.- Gestor do Núcleo de Informações Gerenciais (NIG), Coordenando dados encaminhados das unidades e atividades realizadas na Subsecretaria da pessoa com deficiência. Sendo 6 unidades CRPD, atividades de interprete de libras em toda cidade, 5 casas lares, 4 centros de convivência e 3 equipes de itinerância. Em minha função, tenho que cobrar antecipadamente os dados para casa gestor e manter eles atualizados sobre o método a ser adotado de métrica.- Gestor do setor de informática,Supervisionando o trabalho de suporte realizado nas unidades; pensando meios de aperfeiçoar a coleta de dados e gestão informatizada dos dados pelos gestores. Supervisiono um profissional de TI e recebo projetos de implementação de software, infraestrutura e extensão de nossas atividades.
