At VectorVest, I was part of the core team that built the new version of our app. We used a monorepo to shape it into a multiplatform tool using Next.js and React Native. Most of my time was spent making the magic happen on the Next.js side, contributing to a faster and more user-friendly experience!- Collaborating closely with the software development team to construct the new version of the VectorVest app, enhancing user engagement and overall functionality.- Using Solito to build the app with Next.js and React Native, a cross-platform framework, allowing us to maintain a consistent codebase and experience across all platforms.- My primary focus was on the Next.js end of the application, which allowed me to dive deep into server-side rendering and static site generation, increasing the speed and performance of our application.- Regularly contributed to code reviews, debugging, and problem-solving across all areas of the app, assisting in optimizing the codebase and ensuring a high-quality product.

I was entrusted with the development and implementation of an innovative application aimed at streamlining the onboarding process for new employees within our client's organization, FarmaciasAPP.Key Responsibilities:Application Development: Architected and developed a comprehensive application using cutting-edge frontend technologies, including NextJS, React Spring, and IntersectionObserverAPI. This application has significantly improved the induction process for new employees, providing them with an intuitive, user-friendly experience from day one.Client Collaboration: Worked closely with FarmaciasAPP, understanding their unique requirements and delivering customized digital solutions. Regularly communicated with the client to ensure the application met and exceeded their expectations, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.Innovation: Leveraged state-of-the-art frontend technologies to create an interactive, engaging application that transformed the new employee onboarding experience. This approach underscored our commitment to staying at the forefront of technology trends and applying them to create practical, impactful solutions.

As an instructor, I held the management position responsible for the Backend introduction module using NodeJS.As a teaching instructor, I had the responsibility to:- Structuring the new module together with the content team- Make a live demo for the whole class of students (+180 student developers)- Coordinate and manage the team of facilitators (support team)- Working with module-driven KPIs and OKRs for the best possible quality- Perform 1:1s on a recurring basis with the lead facilitators- Strategic alignment with other sectors of the company- Conduct student satisfaction surveys and collect improvement feedback for the module

Being a teaching facilitator at Kenzie means accompanying the devs and always trying to help solve their problem. Always ask yourself "what is in my power to solve this problem?" and "which person can I connect this dev with so he can solve your problem?"I joined Kenzie in September 2020, before the company had 20 employees. It was a great experience to watch the company grow!As a teaching facilitator, I was responsible for:- Do 1:1s on a recurring basis with student developers- Track the progress of the class and its deliveries- Give recurring feedback in a technical and objective way about your deliveries and activities- Carry out answering questions and guide the best way to a solution- Coordinate the team of Peer Coachs (students who have already passed the module and help with the doubts of students in the current module)- Create written content and video lessons, activities and deliverables- Record and document each student's journey individually and in detail with the student success team
