Responsibilities:• The key principles that guide me in the way in which I approach any requirement are:Candidates – As a market specialist I work with only the best candidates on the market that are looking actively or passively allowing me to match them to your roles perfectly.• Delivery – I am 100% committed to delivering on your requirement and will always give you updates.• Market Knowledge - I am constantly keeping on top of new technologies, market salaries, market trends and client news which allows me to advise you on the information that other agency’s won’t have.• Proficient in marketing techniques such as vendor networking, job boards, internet search, head hunting, etc.• Expert level knowledge and work experience in internet recruitment sites like dice, monster, Tec fetch, etc• Coordinate with subcontracting companies and obtain non-compete/rate negotiation agreements from them.• Responsible in doing the business on C2C, W2.• Coordinate with the candidates through email/phone for further details.• Coordinate between the consultants about the requirements and spoke to the Vendor about the rate and other aspirations. • Maintain good relationships with clients/vendors as well as consultants.• Scheduling the interviews for the candidates.• Updating the status of interview in the database.

Responsibilities:• Involved in full cycle Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, interviewing, and screening, qualifying and negotiating rates. • Ability to operate independently and competently generate a team environment.• Very much comfortable in doing the business on W2, C2C.• Handling a small recruiting team of two people.• Sourcing best talent through internal database, professional references, Internal Referrals, Job portals, LinkedIn.• Discussing & communicating the job profile to candidates.• Conducting detailed phone screens to evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, availability, compensation requirements and willingness to Travel/Relocate and overall suitability.• Briefing the candidates about the job profile, career growth, organization Culture etc.• Coordinating the interview rounds with the technical teams. Pairing in technical evaluations to understand the requirements clearly.• Collecting feedbacks from the hiring managers.• Negotiating with candidates for the offer and joining date.• Co -coordinating with selected candidates for documents and rolling out the offer letter.• Coordinating till placement of the candidate.• Building nice repo with the consultants and getting him on board for future opportunities.
