Recognised as pragmatic, organised and determined professional, I am someone who can drive change from setting a vision to its implementation.Currently employed by the Schroders Group as its Global Privacy Officer within its Corporate Legal team, where I lead the operations of the global privacy function. This role, very comparable to a Data Protection Officer, requires me to be strategic and tactical alike. Consistently with my traits, I go beyond advising the business by being also very hands-on in the implementation of the data privacy controls in all the 38 countries where the group operates.I have over 17 years of experience in Information Security and Data Protection starting in a program manager role, then progressing into functional manager and finally in a technical and strategic consultant role. I consider my extensive work experience in Project Management (started 24 years ago) extremely valuable in developing my most frequently praised skills: pragmatism, ability to breakdown complexity to manageable levels, equal attention to detail and big picture.
