As a Nodal Officer, playing various responsibilities including - Managing RBI complaints with timely responses- Coordinating with the RBI for MICR creation for Tamil Nadu and Andaman & Nicobar branchesCluster Operations roles includes- Mentoring and developing team members to enhance branch banking operations efficiency - Monitoring operational losses, minimizing fraud, and ensuring KYC compliance Conducting visits on Quarterly basis to facilitate compliant & robust operations and superior customer service in the branches assigned.- Managing the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementingadequate measures to maximize quality reporting and minimizing risk

- Oversee the daily banking operations and to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.- Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational customer service inquiries, concerns, and issues.

- Handling Day to day branch operations & customer service- Responsible for ensuring error free financial & non-financial transactions.

- Handling Customer walk-in for fresh gold loans, renewal, and closure- Checking for completeness of documentation, and disbursement of Files.
