His journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Mahatma Gandhi University Kottayam followed by a Bachelor of Sociology, Master's in Sociology, and he is currently pursuing a Certificate in Rural Development from the same institution IGNOU.His professional experience started as a Customer Service Executive at ESAF Co-Operative, where he excelled in managing over 2,000 customer data sets, analyzing data for loan sanctions, and cross-selling products. His consistent performance earned him multiple "Employee of the Month" awards and recognition as a top performer in Kerala.In 2020, Aravind transitioned into the startup ecosystem by founding "alamaaraa". Under his leadership, the company achieved remarkable growth, generating significant revenue through organic social media strategies within six months. He also built a thriving YouTube channel with over 64,000 subscribers, impacting over 50,000 students directly and 250,000 indirectly.His expertise in incubation was further honed at the Atal Incubation Center of IIIT Kottayam, where he served as Associate - Marketing & Partnerships, and later as Incubation Manager. In these roles, he drove substantial growth in LinkedIn followers, organized successful webinars and workshops, and launched Kerala’s first AI Accelerator program.
