I’m honored to be part of a transformative project with the World Action Foundation. We're embarking on a crucial mission to redevelop the Nayappan Estate Community in Sri Lanka—a region currently facing severe challenges.The Challenge: The Nayappan Estate Community struggles with a lack of essential infrastructure. Families are cut off from basic necessities like clean water, electricity, and sewage. Many children are malnourished and lack access to education.We’re dedicated to turning this situation around by:+ Building 238 New Homes: Providing families with safe and comfortable living spaces.+ Establishing a Community Center: Creating a hub for education, healthcare, and community support.+ Developing Infrastructure: Constructing roads and essential services to integrate the area with the broader region and ensure long-term sustainability.I’m leading the fundraising efforts to secure the $10 million needed to bring this vision to life. My responsibility is to coordinate resources, rally support, and oversee the construction process to ensure the project is completed effectively and efficiently.By revitalizing the Nayappan Estate, we aim to create a base that not only supports local families but also serves as a beacon of hope for surrounding impoverished regions. This project represents more than just infrastructure—it’s about fostering a future where every individual has the opportunity to thrive.

Utilized current market trends, Excel analysis and CAD software to develop competitive estimates and models for projects worth over $60M. Assisted in the management of a cohort of MEP engineers and 5 trade partners, to successfully complete a multimillion dollar renovation project for Pasco County Schools. Developed an Excel analysis comparing rival firms’ contractual costs which will be utilized to win further contracts resulting in several million dollars in additional revenue over the next 5 years.

Engineered a self-sustaining waste nitrification device to complement pre-existing human waste digestors. StreamWatch+, a complement to the NC StreamWatch Program, is a comprehensive citizen science aquatic research database which provides users the tools necessary to conduct advanced aquatic research, input the collected data and analyze freshwater data collected by user groups. StreamWatch+ aims to host yearly research symposiums where groups across the state have the opportunity to share research projects with peers in order to establish a strong scientific community involved in studying local freshwater streams.
