HR (Generalist) # Handling complete HR life-cycle of the employees including Joining formalities, Induction, Grievance handling, Exit formalities and post exit employment verification, part of audits.• Managing workplace safety issues.• Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.• Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.• Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.• Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have.• Escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.• Ensuring smooth implementation of exit formalities of employees and recording them accordingly.• Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.• Assist in defining Career paths, Counseling and resolution of all HR issues and concerns at both individual and team levels.• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate information to all levels.Managing employee relations for domestic resourcesMust take care of office internal operational issues independently.
