I have 9+ years of Supply chain management and IT Experience and done several certifications in Cloud computing. As a Technical lead at Cognizant, I partner with Pepsico,Inc group and managed Database and cloud migration projects.Delivery Management: Overseeing and monitoring delivery of project and taking an active part in project review boards to ensure proactive Project health monitoring is in place. Being the first point of escalation for any project delivery-related issues that may arise throughout the project engagement life cycle. Overseeing achievement of scorecard and key performance indicators directly or through collaboration with Team members. Establishing processes to support the IT delivery engagement and defining deliverable acceptance and reporting procedures. Project Management: My responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. Determine and define project scope and objectives, Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner, Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements, Track project costs in order to meet budget, Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress, Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution, Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement .
