* Techno-functional Staff Data Engineer, as part of the core Ads team, managing overall data needs for the Product area and leading exploratory & experimental big-bet initiatives in Analytics to constantly surface new opportunities for optimization and efficiency within the Ads Delivery backend. * Responsible for identifying Data gaps for Product decision making, coming with the Data Roadmaps and influencing Product Vision and Strategy using data * Day-to-day activities include design, architect and develop software and data solutions that help product and business teams make data-driven decisions. * Successfully surfaced some critical optimization opportunities for better efficiency in Ads Delivery backend that led to a notable increase in Advertiser value and Facebook Top-line revenue.

* Tech architect managing overall data warehouse architecture and leading exploratory & experimental initiatives in the BI area * Responsible for conceiving ideas, envisioning the future road map, outlining the end-to-end process flow, designing the solution architecture, developing rapid proof of concepts/prototypes etc. * Day-to-day activities also include requirement analysis, effort and budget estimation, ROI assessment, data modeling, integration design/reviews and providing guidance to the technical team. * Lead architect for the game-changer program: “Supply-demand simulation and forecasting”, that has started revolutionizing the Wholesale business for Ralph Lauren. * ETL architect for a Global data warehouse project that involved the Herculean task of integrating data from completely disparate systems (Retail, Wholesale) and different regions under a common global hierarchy, thereby providing the ability to derive org-wide key business insights despite the master data alignment issues in the source systems.

* Techno-functional lead role at client location taking bottom-line responsibility for BI Solution delivery primarily from ETL perspective* Responsible for Requirements gathering and analysis, Translating business requirements in technical terms to the development team, designing ETL workflow, providing technical guidance to the team and performing design and code reviews.
