My significant achievement in Fidelity was the automation I developed for Data Center of Excellence that saved 13 days of work per month dedicated to a specific task at the Enterprise level, which lead to remarkable cost saving for the company every year.Besides my experience in technology, I have played an interim role as a scrum master leading and helping the team prioritize and achieve continuous improvement on the deliverables. I always love to network with people, observe their anecdotes and learn from their experiences. I firmly believe in John C Maxwell's 5 levels of leadership and I constantly strive towards incorporating the qualities of a leader, thereby moving towards achieving the pinnacle of leadership.
