Preparation of procurement plan, management of procurement work processes, on projects & RFQ, Technical coordination meeting and normalizing process Conditions of contract compliances / Procurement Progress reporting / Negotiation based on self-estimation with approved vendor, developing vendor database and assisting in Vendor qualification and developing vendors with alternative materials and spares of lower cost and comparable quality which suits the purpose and are economical. Negotiating contracts terms for the better price, lead-time, payment terms and Incoterms Etc. Maintaining of release PO’s data base and circulate to the management along with the require cash flow on monthly basis. Handling commercial issues related to purchasing, Inspection, warranty, LD, back charge, etc. Expediting with suppliers and dealing with suppliers, carriers etc., regarding missing items, shortages, rejections etc., Prioritizing the vendor payments and arranging to release the payments on time without affecting the delivery and the project schedule. QA/QC, Welding, NDE, Painting, Testing and Inspection activities in Boiler Components and its auxiliaries, Boiler & Power piping, and Boiler Structures • Raw material inward inspection and MTC verification.• For the tubes and pipes First off trail (FOT) and First off inspection (FOI) carried out for cold bending, hot bending, incremental bending, squeeze bending & Swaging.• Prepare Weld Plan / Weld Map / Weld Schedule. • Carrying out in process stage inspection like plate marking, layout marking, holes marking, fit up, and welding Visual, NDE, hydrostatic test & final dimensional inspection as per Drawing and QP/ITP.• Witnessing and monitoring the jobs during heat treatment and review heat treatment charts.• Painting, packing and pre- shipment inspection of the finished components as per Drawing and QP/ITP.• Backup document verification, updating the history cards at each stage of inspection and preparing final dossier / MDR based on the customer requirements.• Product quality audit, welding audit, validity verification of calibrated measuring instruments, welding machines, electrode baking ovens, pressure gauges, updating document inward register and monthly rework analysis report for ISO audit activities.
