I come with over three decades of experience as a finance and business leader having held various leadership and CXO positions in private and public limited organisations across finance, FMCG, lifestyle, education and Information Technology. I have been successful in enabling growth and transformation in companies by bringing on an ambitious top line and healthy bottom line with the mantra “the customer is the business” in mind.Over the last decade, I have been actively involved with various mid sized companies and startups as a leader/ mentor helping and advising them on capital structuring, fund raise, cash flow management and business strategy. In my current entrepreneurial stint as the Founder and CEO of Lensta Technologies Pvt Ltd (givfin), a digital transformation platform for the BFSI segment & Creditap Fintech Pvt Ltd, a platform aggregator for Education Fee Loans and various other retail product loans, I have set out on the journey to make financing convenient, accessible and seamless across the BFSI ecosystem by providing seamless digital transformation.
