Pragyan is the annual International Techno-managerial festival of the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. It is an entirely student-run, double ISO-certified organization.Team Infotainment of Pragyan aims to provide a platform to artists who use technology in an innovative manner to showcase their talents, and is one of the highlights of the festival. This requires the team to constantly strive to find better quality and novel shows. The team also contributes to Gamescape, a platform for entertaining games, provided for the audience who attend Pragyan.As the head of Team Infotainment, Pragyan 2023, my responsibilities included:• Guiding, mentoring and managing a team of 30+ to work for a better Pragyan• Creating a well-organized master database comprising contacts of artists and companies• Allotting the collected data to the volunteers• Monitoring progress and giving direction• Working with an allotted budget to convert the best possible artists and games.• Ensuring the smooth flow of Infotainment events by efficient coordination and delegation

●Associating with seasoned mentors and VCs for E-Cell NIT Trichy's annual Entrepreneurship Summit. ● Facilitating interaction between startups and mentors, to accelerate their development. ● Forging associations with Startup Accelerators and VC firms.
