With over 11 years of experience in the human resources field, I am a HR and Administration expert who has worked with leading companies like Hyundai and Torrent. I have a diploma in labour laws and a certification in HR generalist, which equip me with the knowledge and skills to handle various aspects of HR, such as recruitment, employee relations, L&D, performance management, HRMS, payroll and ER. I am currently the HR Manager at HYUNDAI TRANSYS, where I oversee the HR functions of the technical centre and support the strategic goals of the organization. Improving employee engagement and retention, and facilitated organizational development and change.
