- Investigating security incidents triggered on Symantec Endpoint Protection Clients- Actively responding to security alerts triggered on SEPM Console- Run weekly and monthly security reports / audits and provide data on threats, intrusion activity, firewall alerts etc- Reduce risk of Ransomware using security controls- Creating exceptions / exclusions for specific applications and modify firewall rules as per the request from the employees- Manage device policies to allow/deny access for hardware devices on the clients based on the employees requests- Educate all employees in the company through monthly newsletter e-mails with information on latest threats, Do-s and Dont-s & other security information

- Roles include analyzing logs and dumps to check for any application crashes and other application specific issues- Identifying bugs in the application and performing bug analysis to provide the engineering team with data- Assisting with rolling out bug fixes and bridging the gap between the engineering team & the client

- Subject Matter Expert on Symantec Endpoint protection & Symantec Endpoint protection cloud.- Mentor for a team of 15 Symantec Endpoint protection support engineers.- Resolving advanced Symantec Endpoint protection tickets for clients
