- Developed a VESA mount for Monitors used in the OR/ICU/Medical environment. Won Best Employee award for carrying out the product design as a single product designer. - Multiple calculations were done to calculate CG that ensure Monitor stability and a 4 bar linkage was designed. Carried out right from concept design to prototype manufacturing and testing- A standalone capacitive sensor product to measure respiration rate and patient position on a Medical Bed was developed. - Worked independently in mechanical design and collaborated with other Cross-Functional teams like hardware, and software. Successfully proved POC of the sensor product.- Involved in a reverse engineering project where an entire IVF Workstation production line shift was carried out. Entire DFMEA, DIDO documentation as per medical standard ISO 13485, EN14971 has been done- Worked on a reverse engineering project of a Bio-Chemistry analyzer. A microfluidic syringe pump for injection molding and mold has been designed and validated. The syringe is now successfully used for blood and sampling liquid suction and delivery. - A rotary articulating arm has been designed for the analyzer.
