Current• Design and development of ECU for the mass-production (Automotive Industry)• Complete product development lifecycle for A, B, C, and PPAP stages.• Designed the ECU product to fulfill IP requirements and all the validation test requirements adapted from LV214, USCAR, etc. • Collaboration with different stakeholders like reliability, sample shop, suppliers, test lab, sourcing, quality, hardware, software, etc.• Fan design and die-cast fins design optimization to meet customer optimal thermal performance and noise requirements• Fixture design for resonance and lifetime endurance vibration testing• Platform product customization for project acquisition. Delta design validation• Perform product costing and value engineering (VA/VE) analysis• Generate 3D models/2D drawings for production with detailed assembly tolerance calculations with GD&T (or GPS) application.• Handling and visiting suppliers across the globe for part realization and assessment• Important characteristics defining (ICL)• Conceptualization to Industrialization• DFMEA, DRBFM, 8D, Supplier Handling, Windchill PDM, etc.
