Manage, maintain and monitor the Citrix Server Farms to ensure that Capacity Planning is adequate for supporting and maintaining Citrix Apps, Farm design which includes planning any Expansion, modification or reduction in the Citrix Architecture, Monitor Citrix performance, usage and license status using various diagnostic and reporting tools, Maintain Citrix Farm hardware, software and operating systems, Troubleshoot and resolve Citrix, Active Directory and general server related issues, Optimize Citrix environment to ensure maximum system performance and reliability, Provide 3rd level Citrix administration support and troubleshooting, Test and plan the Load Balancing Rules for apps and servers, Develop and maintain Citrix related standards, policies and procedures.
