At INVORG, I was leading a team to continue the development of the cloud module of a Municipal Management Software, onboard new clients and, fix production issues for the existing clients.

➜ Worked with the team to develop the cloud-based module of an enterprise-wide Municipal Management Software. The problem it solves is allowing municipalities to modernize and offer their services in the cloud so that the general population can access services from their home computer and reduce foot traffic and streamline administrative process. We as a team took over the project which was far behind schedule and worked efficiently to deliver the SaaS application to production.➜ Worked with the team to develop a software system which is capable of managing customers, route phone calls to customers based on IVR input from callers, automated customer invoicing and perform analytics for an online marketing company. This software was handling over 100,000 calls coming from a network of lead generation websites.➜ Built an eCommerce website with payment gateway integration for selling lead generation contracts which helped the company double their sales force without having to worry about customer acquisition bottlenecks taking up developer resources.➜ Revamped the original design of a scheduling application which wasn't mobile device friendly. I have made the entire application responsive and user-friendly using bootstrap. I have also worked on implementing new features, optimization & bugfixes.➜ Developed a payment portal which provides secure payment gateway for a third-party payroll company to make payments on behalf of our client without having to manually do it over the phone. This portal keeps track of all transaction made through it for tax purposes.
