It was during college that I discovered my fascination for science and technology. I completed my Engineering Degree in Mechanical from Bangalore University. Prior to co-founding Responsive Media Tech Services, I was appointed as Solution Services Consultant for Google’s DoubleClick products in the Asia-Pacific region with special focus on India. Presale, product demo, new client implementation, client training and technical support were part of my roles and responsibilities. I worked very closely with media companies such as Starcom, Makemytrip.com, Quasar, Star TV Network, Media Contacts, MTV Networks, Neo Ogilvy, OMD, Interactive Avenue, Mind Share, Zed Digital, Tribal DDB etc.Way back in early 2002, I joined Theorem, Inc. as email campaign analyst and quickly move to doing ad trafficking, campaign optimization and reporting. Campaign review and quality assurance was also an integral part of my role as client services analyst. I worked with clients ranging from the online publishers, ad networks to digital agencies. I have been exposed to all major industry standard ad serving platforms such as DART, Atlas, Yahoo APT, Yield Manager, OpenX, OAS, ADTECH’s Helios IQ etc. I have held several senior level positions in the past, including senior team lead and manager of ad operations. I have designed several training modules and conducted innumerable product training sessions for production based teams as well as clients. I have also on-boarded new clients, designed best practices, successfully implemented client processes and set up local teams and have played a leading role in numerous ad server migration projects.Specialties: Ad operations, reporting, email marketing and search.
