I worked with a publishing firm for about four years and increased their sales profit through my competent skills in communication, customer service and satisfaction, understanding the customers’ needs and convincing them why my product is exactly what they need and thorough feedback and follow up.I developed a keen interest in the sales of automobiles, which is the perfect combination meant for a person like me, who’s interested in business and technology alike. I have been engaged in the sales of Toyota brand of cars and this has sharpened my skills in Customer management. I have been able to go beyond the targets assigned to me and showcase consistency in performance along with a good record in interpersonal relationships at the work front.
