• Responsible for preparing required certificates, documents, questionnaires and stow plans for potential Charterer's queries during pre-fixture.• Maintain up to date voyage files and daily position listing of assigned ships. Liaising with charterers, agent and vessels to ensure a swift and safe turnout of cargo operations in line with charter party. • To handle day to day negotiations with agents for agency fees, appointing approved agents, instructing agents and Ship Masters and monitoring voyage performance.• Ensures funds are deposited with appointed port agents to meet planned disbursements.• Liaises with the disbursement operator to ensure port agents use tugs from contracted towage companies in ports where agreement exist.• Prepare and submit lay-time calculations to Post Fixtures for final billing.• As per Charter party agreement, calculating, invoicing and collection of Freight/Hire and bunker payments from Charterers.• Dealing, on behalf of owners, with Charterers' complaints and reporting to Management as required.• On completion of the voyage, handling collection of Freight/Hire moneys/Reimbursements from Charterers as per the Charter Party and prepare PNL report for Management review. • Monitor Bunkers, Third Party Claims and damages and Charterers' expenses as per voyage requirements

• Determine Class / Flag Requirements and apply for Surveys and Inspections in order to ensure sea worthiness and commercial readiness of vessels.• Pre-preparation of draft specifications for modification / alteration to vessels for compliance of Class and Statutory requirements.• Update and maintain accuracy of certificates, records, plans and drawings.• Support S&P on request for technical information pertaining to the fleet.• Identify and arrange repair / service of vessel items.• Liaise with Technical Superintendent to compile dry dock planning requirements, specifications and costings.• Monitor progress of dry dock till completion and follow up for documentation and closing of invoices. Prepare final dry dock report and costing for management review.
