- Supplier Transfer: Involved in X-Ray Detector Vertical Module prototype inspection,assembling and reliability testing, and documentation in PLM- Successfully completed 4 MLD projects on Power Toothbrushes as the Product DevelopmentEngineer, working with a multifunctional team, stakeholders and suppliers, and ensuringprompt delivery without compromising the product quality.

- FAI, prototype inspection and build issue report, proto assembling andtesting, tear down analysis and creating BOM for assemblies.- Automated a non-value-added repetitive task using Python Selenium.

I was a part of the FS Team of Amrita, which is a culturally and academically diverse team working towards a common goal of design, fabrication and testing of a formula style open wheel car.Hands on learning of engineering concepts and facing the real time challenges helped me grow as an engineer as well as a person.

I interned at Gautham Coirs on two projects.1. To improve the productivity of their coir pith production unit by designing and fabricating a conveyor assembly to transport coir from production output to the storage and packing area.2. A Rotary Sieve cum Conveyor assembly to feed the processed coir into the sieve, and load the filtered coir into trucks, thereby reducing the dependency on excess manpower for the operation.Both the assemblies were solely designed by me and a welder completed the fabrication process with my instructions.
