• Review of Enquiry documents, scope of work, drawings, Bill of Quantities, specifications, client requirements and other details from RFQ/RFP for proper estimation work.• Timely enquiry acknowledgement to sales team & scheduling projects based on priority.• Preparing the Cost Summary for the complete project with our budgetary margin.• Prepares Estimation for Medium & Low voltage switchgear panels complying with latest standards.• Estimation of Medium voltage 11kV AIS panels, 400/132/33/11kV Control and Relay Panel, Form-4 MDB panels, MCC Panels, Form-2 SMDB, Control panels and Row/Way type FDBs.• Acquires the offer from OEM for Oil and Dry Type Transformers, UPS, Battery and charger, and Capacitor bank and prepares the offer to a client.• Preparing spare list, commissioning spares, training cost and installation supervision cost.• Prepares competitive proposals defining technical, commercial conditions, pricing and other terms & conditions.• Prepares Technical Offer, Compliance for Specification/Data Sheet/Technical Query and other supporting documents as per client request.• Follow up with the supplier/sub-contractor to obtain quotation in time, clarify to all their queries and meetings with the supplier/ subcontractor when required.• Hand over details to project management and engineering team.• Coordination with Design, Production, Supply chain, Project & Order management Team for smooth process flow and offering competitive proposals.• Prepares tender adjustment schedule with unit prices, Bill of Materials, Value engineering when required.• Attend Pre-tender meetings and site visits.• Responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality management system for Estimation work.
