• Operating the Yum! Brands restaurants’ (KFC & Pizza Hut) dry foods, frozen foods and packing material warehouse for Tanzania. • Manage the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.• Ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained to meet the demands of the restaurant operations.• Oversee the loading and unloading of deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.• Implement and manage FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory management systems. • Handling of GMP & HACCP standards program and maintenance in the warehouse. • Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies [Yum! Branch Finance-Accounting for Calicut HCCBPL, handling of C&F, payment tracker with our bank & our distributor for Calicut and Trivandrum. Follow up for SDP and DSD routes include of stock and cash. Stock audit will do twice in week. Tracking the daily report from C&F like (Stock count, Return and BBD stock daily, MIS planning). Having Audit for the credit outstanding customer for more than 15 Days. Daily checking of gate exit Report & Gate Exit MIS. Review of settlement documents & sign off daily wise along with C&F. All the operation will done in our own ERP (Cola net, Cole live)
