I am Arav Patel, a sophomore at the University of South Carolina, majoring in Finance, Accounting, and Economics, with a minor in Computer Science. I had the honor of being the first freshman ever admitted to the Finance Scholars Program. I am on track to graduate in May 2027.My skill set includes strong analytical abilities, effective teamwork, diligent work ethic, excellent time management, and advanced modeling techniques. My passion for finance drives my active involvement on campus, where I am a member of the Finance Scholars Program and the business fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi (AKPsi).I co-founded and launched a student-run fund, comprising Equities, Macro, and Alternatives teams, to conduct comprehensive company research and support informed investment decisions. I am particularly interested in pursuing a career in investment banking.Outside of academics and finance, I enjoy watching and playing various sports, with a particular love for tennis.I'm always looking to grow my personal and professional network.
