Araz Minhas is a Neuroscience Student at University of Calgary at Hotchkiss Brain Institute. He possess expertise in teaching, leadership, microsoft office, teamwork, microsoft word and 5 more skills. He is proficient in English, French, Hindi, Punjabi and Persian. Colleagues describe him as "Araz was an indispensable part of the design team that accepted the W21C/Cisco design challenge I pitched at the 2022 Innovation 4 Health Hackathon. As our Lead Software Designer, Araz created an optimal solution to collect, store, and analyze data collected from hand sanitizer pumps. He designed a beautiful user interface that will allow users to easily connect their pump devices to their WiFi network, view usage analytics for any pump in the user’s system, and display an interactive community visual that reflects a community’s hand sanitizer usage by adding icons that contribute to milestones. Araz was a fantastic team player who skillfully took the lead in developing an effective Internet of Things solution, and took us several steps closer to being able to promote hand hygiene through interaction design.
