Students build and deploy an application that uses the deep learning model to understand how to productionize models.As a Teaching Assistant, we helped develop the content & exercises for the course, teach & mentor students and help them build their End to End Deep Learning Applications. We guided students to build production level projects & implement Machine Learning/Deep Learning theories in practice, through frameworks like Docker, Kubernetes & Ansible. We helped mentored students to design an application end-to-end, including how to create the backend & frontend, how to deploy models on the cloud, optimise them with data pipelines, learn techniques like distillation and model compression, and combine all components in a way to ensure it can scale. I learnt important skills like teaching effectively, coaching & mentoring and driving projects.
