• Device monthly production planning as per the market demand and executing the same.• Ensuring on time components / Raw materials delivery by coordinating with vendor development team to meet the production demand. • Arranging the fast response meeting to solve the production related problems. • Responsible for work in process (WIP) status on shop floor. • Implementing VSM for the new products to reduce the NVA activity. • Plant Capacity and Utilization calculation for new products. • Monitoring weekly production OEE and Capacity Utilization. • Works on various productivity monitoring tools like OEE, production Rate, machine Utilization. • Implementation of various lean manufacturing tools like single piece flow, bottleneck analysis, six big losses, takt time and Visual factory tools etc. • Manpower requirement and calculation. • Time study and cycle time Calculation for existing new products. • Calculating and Analysing productivity of plant weekly and monthly basis. • Implementing various lean tools like 5S, Single piece flow, PDCA etc. • Arranging APQP meeting and open issue discussion with CFT Team. • Production Part Approval Process documentation and study. • Responsible for conveying problems and proto related issues with the management and customer.
