1- Handling and processing the special bookings and documentations for Hazardous, OOG, Flexitanks, Open Tops, SOC Tanks etc. Its include various documents and country rules check such as DGD, MSDS, IMDG regulations, OOG dimensions, COA cert., capacity of FX, SOC certificate and many more.2- While processing the bookings and documentation its neede various approvals including country specific rules, and regulation check as per Port of Destination.3- Have go arrange the transport, container and vessel as per customer requirements. Adding charges for each shipment as per quotation filed.4- Handling escalations, queues, daily audit and analysis report in turn around time to maintain 100% accuracy.5- Receiving SI from customer regarding shipment and have to send draft bill of lading. Checking VGM submission and keeping records of shipment and daily notifying of shipment to customers.6- Resolved shipper queries on rates, commodities, and shipment details via email and maintained TAT compliance in manifesting bills and clearing email queues. 7- Collaborated with team to ensure accurate, guideline compliance shipment documentation.
