As the Business Enterprise Manager at Leicester College, I play a key role in aligning our curriculum with the local and regional skills needs, and creating opportunities for our students and teachers. I have successfully secured and managed multiple partnerships with employers, delivering high-quality apprenticeships, traineeships, and work placements. I also mentor and deliver enterprise sessions to our Peter Jones Academy students, inspiring them to pursue their entrepreneurial goals.With a strong education background in Business and Management, I graduated from De Montfort University with a Bachelor's Degree, after completing a Higher National Diploma and an Access to Higher Education Diploma at Leicester College. I have also acquired various certificates in Information, Advice and Guidance, Equality and Diversity, and an Enhanced DBS. I have a demonstrated history of working in Further Education, with skills in Communication, Customer Relationship Management, Management, Account Management, Stakeholder Management, Tutoring and Direct Sales.
