This method provided savings from having to send it out to an outside vendor; Used excel to categorize and take inventory of in house audio fabric (which was over 2000 different entries and ended up being over 100 pages of spreadsheet); Counted and updated workroom stock including fabric, velcro, elastic, notions, zippers, thread, etc.; Used excel to categorize and inventory of over 2,000 separate entries in-house audio fabric the fabric, location, figure name, figure number, fabric specifics resulting in over 100 pages of documentation; Updated labels for the workroom using Illustrator and Photoshop; Re-organized, categorized, and updated swatch books for various projects; Updated documentation used photoshop to touch up images for documentation of the animatronics for consistency for various attractions, primarily It’s A Small World; Prepared PowerPoint final presentation to summarize the duties and responsibilities to be presented to fellow interns and Disney Costume Executives at Disneyland and Disney World; Participated in the professional intern program which included exclusive tours of various rides and shows of the park
