I am a Licensed Professional Counselor [LPC] Mental Health Service Provider [MHSP] in the state of Connecticut and Tennessee. I am also an Approved Clinical Supervisor [ACS]. I have worked with adults, children and families throughout multiple settings and levels of care for more than 15 years. I have extensive experience working with individuals in crisis due to suicidal and homicidal ideation and psychosis, as well as the severely and persistently mentally ill. I have worked in inpatient, outpatient, in-home and community levels of care and with a variety of mental health and alcohol and substance use disorders. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults and families. My theoretical orientation draws upon client-centered, existential, and cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, as well as harm reduction.
