As I approach the completion of my IT studies at Karelia University of Applied Sciences, I have developed a broad general knowledge in web full-stack development. I am currently working on my final thesis and seeking an internship in backend or full-stack development.Prior to focusing on software development, I earned a degree in Business Administration from Laurea University of Applied Sciences in 2020. My work experience includes client acquisition at a Finnish consulting firm and several years in high-pressure customer service roles in the retail and restaurant industries. I aim to combine my skills in sales and customer service with my career as a software developer.Overall, my work experiences have sharpened my ability to manage challenging situations under pressure.
